Beta and "as is"
Inboard is provided as is during beta. Features, availability, and behavior may change without notice. We may pause, limit, or discontinue the service for maintenance, testing, or any other reason. No uptime or availability guarantee is made.
AI-assisted analysis
Inboard uses AI (currently OpenAI) to classify threads, generate summaries, and assess follow-up urgency. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Inboard may miss important emails, misclassify their urgency, fail to surface tasks, or generate incorrect summaries. There is no guarantee that all important communications will be identified or surfaced.
You are responsible for reviewing your own inbox, calendar, and obligations independently. Do not rely solely on Inboard for critical deadlines, contractual obligations, or time-sensitive communications.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for your communications, deadlines, and obligations. You must only connect mailboxes you are authorized to access. You are responsible for any actions you take based on information presented by Inboard.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inboard and its operators are not liable for missed messages, missed deadlines, lost business, financial losses, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the product, including damages arising from AI-generated content, service interruptions, or incorrect analysis.
Billing and subscriptions
Inboard may offer paid plans with a free trial period. If you subscribe, you agree to the Billing & Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Disconnecting your mailbox or deleting mailbox data does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service. You must not use Inboard to process mailboxes containing content that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms or pose risk to the service or other users.
Privacy
Your use of Inboard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may prompt you to re-accept the updated terms within the app.
